Chef Imran is a distinguished figure in London’s fine dining landscape, renowned for his sophisticated interpretation of Indian and South Asian cuisine. His culinary philosophy has been honed through years of experience at some of the city’s most esteemed establishments, including Tamarind, Benares, and Jamavar, where he played a key role in the opening team that secured a Michelin Star.

Most recently, he held the position of Executive Chef at Kolamba in Soho, where he was instrumental in shaping its bold, home-style Sri Lankan flavours
